The Earl Warren Scholarship for Law Students
The NAACP Legal Defense and academic Fund is pleased to announce the Warren Scholarship 2021 to support the careers of law students who are dedicated to advancing the explanation for racial justice. The NAACP Legal Defense and academic Fund, Inc. Through litigation, advocacy, and public education, LDF seeks structural changes to expand democracy, eliminate disparities, and achieve racial justice during a society that fulfills the promise of equality for all Americans. Through this Warren Law Scholarship, fellowship, and internship programs, LDF helps students to attend and graduate from many of the nation’s best colleges, universities, and law schools and to develop an enduring commitment to racial justice and public service.
Eligibility
- Be a U.S. Citizen
- Have a record of educational achievement
- Be a university graduate, enrolled within the final year of college/university or enrolled within the first year of school of law .
- Have demonstrated an ongoing commitment to racial justice
Benefits
Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
