Ruhr University Bochum Corona Special Grant for International Students

Ruhr University Bochum is offering Corona Special Grant for International Students. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, many students found themselves in financial distress. Motivated by the need to offset the financial burden on the university, Ruhr-Universität Bochum is actively awarding special Corona grants for the academic year 2021-2022. It is committed to a culture of openness, respectful cooperation, and equal opportunities. It strives to help all employees and all students by creating an attractive workspace for them. The grant will provide selected international students with a fixed monthly amount as well as individual counseling and group meetings.

Eligibility Criteria for Ruhr University Bochum

• Bachelors students must have a minimum of 60 credits.
• Master students can apply from the second semester of their master’s degree.
• First-semester master students who have completed their bachelor’s degree at Ruhr University.
• The medical student must be able to complete his or her studies within the next two years.
