Brief description:
The London School of Economics and Politics (LSE) is offering LSE Master’s Awards (LMAs) to taught Master’s students. LSE Master’s Awards are meant to assist those students who are offered a Master’s degree place in LSE, but whose financial need is just too great for funding under the LSEs Graduate Support Scheme – the first scheme for taught Masters, which is meant to supplement other funding secured by a candidate (by way of savings, loans and external scholarships). Hence a fund is about aside per annum to supply a little number of LSE Master’s Awards for those candidates who aren’t eligible for other available scholarships. LMAs also are sometimes wont to supplement scholarships where the funds aren’t sufficient to satisfy the shortfall of the eligible candidate.

Eligibility:
Applicants must be holding a suggestion for a taught Masters programme at LSE. Preference is given to those from low and middle-income countries, particularly if loans aren’t available or if those countries are under-represented in other award schemes administered by the varsity.
