Brief description:
King’s College London is making available 1 full scholarship to applicants for the worldwide Health & Social Justice MSc course for studies commencing September 2020. The scholarship seeks to supply students with a chance to organize for a career at the intersections of worldwide health, anthropology, ethics, philosophy, and public policy. it’s funded by the Welcome Trust with additional support from the school of science & Public Policy.

All nationalities of scholars who wish to pursue careers in global health, anthropology, ethics, philosophy, or public policy.
Scholarship value/inclusions:
The scholarship will cover all (UK/EU or international) tuition fees for the worldwide Health & Social Justice MSc. Scholarship recipients also will receive:
- A stipend for living fees of £17,000.
- Research allowance for his or her dissertation (up to £1,500) and
- Funds to support collaborating local research partners (up to £1,000)
The successful student is going to be expected to coordinate a worldwide Health Career Pathway Speaker Series (six to eight over the year), that a fund of £833 is going to be available to reimburse speakers for his or her travel costs.
Eligibility:
All applicants, regardless of nationality, are eligible to use the scholarship. However, applicants from low- and middle-income countries (LMIC) and from groups historically under-represented in postgraduate courses are especially encouraged to use because the scholarship aims to assist build a cohort of strong and diverse global health leaders. The scholarship is going to be awarded on the idea of educational merit and degree of motivation and commitment to understanding and addressing global health inequalities.
