Brief description:

The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship Programme (LExS) is open to outstanding non-EEA/non-EFTA students searching for a master’s that is a full-time programme at Leiden University.

Host Institution(s):

Leiden University in The Netherlands.

Level/Field of study:

All masters that are full-time at Leiden University except for LLM (non-advanced) and MSc programmes at Leiden Law class.

A number of honors:

The type and amount of award of this scholarship are based on the spending plan designed for each Faculty division.

Scholarship value/duration:

The Leiden University Excellence Scholarship programme has 3 awards:

• € 10.000 of this tuition fee
• € 15.000 of this tuition cost
• Total tuition cost minus the tuition fee that is statutory

The lens is not a scholarship that is full. Non-EEA LExS recipients must submit proof of still adequate funds’ because of their student visa/residence license application.

Eligibility:

Students must-have achieved research that is very good inside their previous education, this being strongly related to the Master’s programme which is why they are using. The pupil is among the top ten% of graduates in his/her past study programme as an indicator. Note: proof ranking is not required – this given information is solely to point the degree of competition.

Candidates who need a non-passport that is non-EEA/non-EFTA may possibly not be qualified to receive help under the Dutch system of study funds and loans (Studiefinanciering) – with the exception of students applying for the LLM Advanced Studies programs or the MSc in International Relations and Diplomacy, which is why no nationality restrictions use.

You need to first apply online for admissions up to a Master’s programme at Leiden University.
