The Peter Drucker Society Europe (PDSE) is looking for applications for the 2021 Peter Drucker Challenge Award in Austria for college kids and young professionals from round the world. The organizer, Peter Drucker Society Europe (PDSE), may be a non-profit, independent organization established in 2010 in Vienna. The goal is to stay Peter Drucker’s human-centered management philosophy within the minds of the younger generation and to supply interested candidates with an information session. Peter Drucker, a renowned thinker of the 20th century, offers a contemporary example of a Renaissance man within the field of management – even a multidisciplinary theme. At a time when the work of leading organizations was generally considered a challenge of engineering and optimization, he called management “liberal art”. His best practitioners insisted that that they had always used wisdom, self-knowledge, and enlightened understanding, which brought them a liberal education and constantly perfected their “art” through the appliance and therefore the application.
Eligibility
- Open to students and young professionals from all round the world
- A part-time or full-time student (bachelor, master, MBA, or Ph.D.);
- You are a manager of individuals , projects, budgets, and/or processes;
- A licensed professional;
- An entrepreneur or business owner;
- A social volunteer or community leader.
