The Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship Program (WU Scholars) may be a program designed to support children across the planet and their efforts to pursue a post-secondary education.
To be eligible, students must be seeking an undergraduate degree in one among the subsequent categories: science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and business/entrepreneurship.
Eligibility
- All applicants must be pursuing a degree/field of study in one among the subsequent categories: science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and business/entrepreneurship.
- All applicants for scholarships must be between the ages of 18 – 26 years aged on June 1, 2021.
- Application must be submitted in English. Translation services could also be wont to help non-English speakers submit. you’ll not be penalized for basic errors.
- Must be ready to demonstrate admittance to an accredited post-secondary institution or have applied for admittance.
- Must provide a letter of advice from an educator or professor. you’ll also use someone who has supervised you during a youth/community group, volunteer position, job/employment situation, etc.
- Scholarships must be used on programs leading to an undergraduate degree. Specialized academic programs (study abroad term, stand-alone language acquisition course, service learning, etc.) aren’t permitted.
- Scholarships might not be used for advanced degrees, like Masters, PhD, JD, etc.
- Scholarships could also be used for tuition or school fees during the tutorial term immediately following scholarship winner selections (estimated in July). Funds can’t be used for room and board or for college supplies.
- Immediate relations of controlling officers in Western Union, any of its affiliates and non-affiliated nonprofit entities, or its Agents aren’t eligible to participate within the scholarship program. All other employees and their relations who meet the opposite eligibility requirements may apply.

$2500 towards tuition and faculty fees.

How to Apply
