Meridian’s Commitment Scholarship for Canadians
Are you an Ontario highschool student making a positive impact on your community through initiative or innovation? Each year, we award one leading post-secondary scholarship to a highschool graduate who has demonstrated both academic excellence and an impressive commitment to communities of their own. Meridian is curious about hearing from students who are using energy, creativity and entrepreneurship to unravel or address an important problem in their community. whether or not they are advocating for youth literacy or creating an answer for blue box lids, our past scholarship winners have made a demonstrated community impact.
Eligibility
- The student must be an Ontario resident.
- The student must have achieved a tutorial average of 80 per cent or higher.
- The student must have demonstrated an impressive commitment to their community. This will be achieved through volunteerism that demonstrates leadership and/or initiating innovative community projects.
Benefits
Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
How to Apply
Scholarship Council Canada has an application that is electronic, fill in the proper execution and upload your write-ups. Upon effective application submission, you may receive an acknowledgment and payment receipt that is electronic. Keep it safe as being a delay and reference for the results.
