The Stanford University is delighted to invite applications for the Wallace Stegner scholarship. Stanford University may be a private research university in Stanford, California, adjacent to Palo Alto and between San Jose and San Francisco. In awarding fellowships, Stanford University considers the standard of the candidate’s creative work, potential for growth and skill to contribute to and take advantage of their writing workshops. The Stanford Creative Writing Program’s students are diverse a la mode and knowledge, with talent and seriousness truth common denominators.
Eligibility
- If accepted, for visa purposes you’d be considered a non-matriculated grad student at Stanford; they might work with you to get a J-1 visa.
- There is no age requirements for the program. they need accepted people as young as 22 and as old as 75.
