Africa Initiative for Governance (AIG) Scholarships are now receiving the appliance for the school year. AIG Fellows undertake a period of study, reflection, and engagement of up to six months with scholars and students at the Blavatnik School of state. West Africans from all backgrounds who are hooked in to the general public sector, to pursue the Master of Public Policy at the Blavatnik School of state , University of Oxford. Our Scholarships Programme is targeted at graduates between the ages of 25 and 35, a number of whom may have work experience. the students are going to be exceptionally intelligent graduates who have excelled academically also as in other areas of their lives. The scholarship is to be taken within the UK.
Eligibility
- Achieved a tutorial standing sufficiently advanced to make sure admission to the University of Oxford and therefore the MPP programme. this suggests a first-class or strong upper second-class undergraduate degree with honors (or equivalent international qualifications), as a minimum, in any discipline.
- For applicants with a degree from the USA, the minimum GPA sought is 3.7 out of 4.0
- Strong commitment to public service and a willingness to plan to working for a hard and fast number of years in your country’s public sector
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and therefore the resultant impact
- Impeccable moral character
