The California Association of Realtors Scholarship Foundation is delighted to supply the C.A.R. Scholarship. The scholarship program is meant for college kids enrolled at a California College or University pursuing a degree for professions which are centered on or support a career in land transactional activity. Foundation is meant to supply scholarships to assist students whose intelligence, qualities of leadership and encourage people going into the important estate business to get a top quality land education.  The California Association of REALTORS® Scholarship Foundation was established in 1948. the inspiration , which was originally called the Glenn D. Willaman land Foundation, was suggested and began at the Silver Anniversary Testimonial Banquet for Glenn D. Willaman, the Association’s first military officer.

Eligibility

• Currently enrolled during a two or four-year college in California.
• Enrolled at the time of application during a minimum of six units, including one land or real estate-related course.
• Completed a minimum of twelve grade course units within the last four years.
• Completed a minimum of two land or land related courses.
• Maintained a cumulative mark average of two .6 or higher from all college/universities attended

Benefits

Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%

How to Apply
