Calouste Gulbenkian Global Excellence Scholarship
The Armenian Communities Department of the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation is awarding four full scholarships (up to 50,000 USD) to top Armenian students worldwide enrolled during a PhD research programme within an internationally recognized university of excellence. Innovative topics associated with contemporary issues and debates, within the area of the humanities and therefore the social sciences, are privileged. The objectives of the programme are to foster top quality research and to create new collaborative linkages between Armenian researchers and global networks of innovation.
Eligibility
- Be of Armenian origin.
- Be currently admitted or already pursuing a PhD degree in an internationally recognized research institution of upper education.
- As a full-time student for the tutorial year that the scholarship is being applied for (the award can’t be deferred)
- The Calouste Gulbenkian Global Excellence Scholarship for Armenian Students can’t be combined with another major grant received by the awardee.
- If you’re doing not meet these requirements then you are unlikely to achieve success in your application.
