Changchun University of Science and Technology Scholarship Description:

• Course Level: Scholarships are available to pursue the Masters and Doctoral degree programs.

8. Note: Scholarship recipients registering before the 15th of the registration month (the 15th included) are going to be granted the complete living allowance of that month. Recipients registering after the 15th of the registration month are going to be granted half the living allowance of that month. If the registered student stays out of China for quite 15 days (school holidays excluded), his stipend is going to be stopped during his leave.

Entrance Requirements: To be eligible, applicants must:
• Be a citizen of a rustic aside from the People’s Republic of China, and be in good health;
• Not be a registered student in Chinese universities at the time of application;
• Be a bachelor’s degree holder under the age of 35 when applying for master’s programs;
• Be a master’s degree holder under the age of 40 when applying for doctoral programs.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose mother tongue isn’t English are usually required to supply evidence of proficiency in English at the upper level required by the University.

1. Recommended candidates must finish the web application procedure at CSC Online Application System for International Students. Please attend http://www.csc.edu.cn/studyinchina/or www.campuschina.org and click on Application Online for International Students, complete the specified information, submit the finished form for the Chinese Government Scholarship online, and print a tough copy.
2. A package of complete application documents (Please check Application Documents for the detailed checklist.) must be submitted to Changchun University of Science and Technology before the deadline.
Please note CSC doesn’t accept a person’s application aside from the recommended applications from Changchun University of Science and Technology. Please concentrate on the Agency Number of Changchun University of Science and Technology and it’s 10186’.
Application Documents (in duplicate)
1. Form for Chinese Government Scholarship (in Chinese or English?
2. Notarized highest diploma (photocopy): Prospective diploma winners must submit official proof of student status by their current school. Documents in languages aside from Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
3. Academic transcripts: Transcripts in languages aside from Chinese or English must be attached with notarized Chinese or English translations.
4. A Study Plan or Research Proposal in Chinese or English with a minimum of 800 words.
5. Two letters of advice in Chinese or English from professors or associate professors.
6. Applicants getting to stay in China for quite 6 months must submit a photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form completed in English (the original copy should be kept by the applicant. the shape designed by the Chinese quarantine authority are often downloaded from http://www.csc.edu.cn/laihua or http://www.campuschina.org). The physical examinations must cover all the things listed within the Foreigner Physical Examination Form. Incomplete records or those without the signature of the attending physician, the official stamp of the hospital or a sealed photograph of the applicants are invalid. Please select the acceptable time to require the physical examination because the result’s valid for less than 6 months.
7. Applicants with a valid HSK Certificate should enclose it within the application package.
The above documents should be bound on the highest left corner (in duplicate) and sent on to Changchun University of Science and Technology, who will forward the nominated documents to CSC before April 30th. No application documents are going to be returned.
