Brief description:
Each year, the inspiration awards up to 4 Fellowships, to enable holders to review for a PhD in occupational or environmental health at a UK university. Fellowships are normally for 3 years, but Colt Foundation will consider applications for awards over shorter periods from applicants who have already started a PhD, but don’t have full funding from other sources to hide completion of their degree.

Scholarship value/inclusions:
The Fellowship provides 3 elements of funding:
• Stipend: the speed for the stipend in 2019/20 was £15,009 (£17,009 for college kids in London), and it rises annually consistent with UK inflation.
• Research expenses: Up to £5,000 per annum towards research expenses (which must be satisfactorily justified)
• Fees: the inspiration provides full fees for UK/EU students. Where applicants from other countries are required to pay higher fees, they’re expected to form up the difference from other sources.
Eligibility:
In selecting Fellows, the Colt Foundation takes under consideration the tutorial diary of the applicant, the standard of the scientific research which will be undertaken, and therefore the environment during which the PhD training are going to be undertaken, including the commitment of the supervisors. Applicants with the potential to become future research leaders in occupational and environmental health, are going to be supported.
