The Dato’ Hui Hui Ming Scholarship was established in 2019 and is offered to first-year, full-time undergraduate students pursuing any degree program at Singapore Management University. It aims to prepare undergraduate students to become creative, thoughtful global citizens and future leaders committed to creating a meaningful impact in business and society.
To nurture the talents of international students, Singapore Management University is offering the Dato’ Khoo Hwee Meng Scholarship for the academic year 2021-2022. Established and sponsored by the SMU Board of Trustees, the scholarship is open to domestic and international applicants who wish to pursue undergraduate studies at SMU.

Eligibility Criteria for Dato’ Hui Hui Ming
- Any nationality, with priority given to Singaporeans, Malaysians, and Singapore Permanent Residents
- Excellent academic performance
- Demonstrated leadership and social skills
- Active participation in sports and community service activities
