Brief description:
The University offers 2 different Excellence Scholarships to Students: 1) Excellence Scholarships and 2) Starr International Foundation Scholarship Fund. Excellence Scholarships are granted to foreign students enrolled in Bachelor studies at the University of St. Gallen on the idea of merit. The Starr International Foundation Scholarships are for highly talented foreign-language students with a recognised foreign Bachelor’s degree who are completing a Master’s degree in 1 of the English-language programmes.

Scholarship value/inclusions:
The scholarship amount for the Excellence Scholarships for Bachelor’s degree students covers the present tuition fees at the Bachelors Level (which runs for six semesters). at the present , a grantee receives an annual sum of CHF 6,252 per annum , bringing the entire award for 3 years to CHF 18,756.
Each scholar under the Starr International Foundation Scholarships will receive a grant within the amount of CHF 20,000 per annum .
Eligibility:
Applicants for the Excellence Scholarships must possess internationally recognised relevant educational qualifications and certificates, and must pass the University of St. Gallen’s internal admission test.
Exceptional students identified by the recommendation Centre for Study Funding on the idea of varied criteria, are going to be automatically considered for the Starr International Foundation Scholarships.
