The Tallinn University invites applications for the Specialty Scholarship program which can be provided to Interested applicants who are willing to undergo a course of study at the Institution. This application is for Doctoral degree students. This scholarship program is made to support and motivate full-time Doctoral students studying during that are of priority to the state or to settle on the subject of the dissertation in a smart specialization growth area. Tallinn University is that the largest university of humanities in Tallinn and therefore the third biggest public university in Estonia.  Wishing to contribute more to society, we’ve set a goal to become the promoter of an intelligent lifestyle in Estonia. We interpret intelligent lifestyle as making research-based decisions so as to enhance society generally and therefore the well-being of its citizens.

Eligibility

• International students are eligible to use for this scholarship.
• Applicants must be citizens of Estonia or residing in Estonia on the idea of a long-term or temporary residence permit or permanent or temporary right of residence or staying in Estonia on the idea of a visa, or visa-free within the cases where a treaty for visa-free travel has been established or within the case of waiver of the visa requirements and have applied for temporary residence permit for studies.
• Applicants must be full-time students.
