The scholarship is aimed to produce expertly qualified graduates to advise or even to engage in influential policy-making or program implementing entities in Africa, and to pursue research that is extra.
Applications are invited from citizens of all of the countries which are African. Female prospects and, when it comes to Southern Africa, those from formerly backgrounds which are disadvantaged are specifically encouraged to utilize.
