Brief description:
The Flemish Ministry of Education awards scholarships for master’s programmes in Flanders and Brussels to outstanding students from round the world. The programme aims to market Flanders and Brussels as a top study destination.

Target group:
International students from all countries. There are variety of scholarships reserved for college kids from certain countries: Japan (3), Mexico (3), Palestine (2), and USA (5).
Scholarship value/duration:
A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €8,200 plus a tuition fee waiver per school year. Master Mind Scholarship holders only pay an administrative enrolment fee. The Flemish Host Institution can ask the applicant for a tuition fee of maximum €111.9 per year.
The duration of mobility is one school year for a Master programme of 60 ECTS and two academic years for a master programme of 120 ECTS.
Eligibility:
• The applicant applies to require up a Master degree programme at a better education institution in Flanders (hereafter ‘Flemish host institution’).
• The applicant should have a high standard of educational performance and/or potential. The scholar features a mark Average of three .5 out of 4.0.
• The scholar features a good knowledge of English language (please check the official website for the precise requirements)
• the scholar has got to be accepted by the Host institution to be ready to receive the scholarship. Albeit the Host institution’s decision to simply accept the scholar is taken after the choice of the Master Mind Scholarships programme, this criterion applies.
• All nationalities can apply. The previous degree obtained should be from a better education institution located outside Flanders.
• Students who are already enrolled during a Flemish education institution cannot apply.

Application instructions:
Students cannot apply directly. The appliance must be submitted online by the Flemish host institution. Deadline of applications is 30 April 2021. You want to check the interior deadlines set by the Flemish Host Institution, which varies and falls between 1 February-15 March 2021.
