Hamilton Scholarship
Inspired by Alexander Hamilton’s legacy of leadership through service, Hamilton Scholars (AHS) empowers high-achieving and underserved students to achieve college and career through the Hamilton Scholarship. Every year, Alexander Hamilton’s Scholars selects 35 underserved highschool juniors for his or her academic, personal, service, and entrepreneurial accomplishments, to participate in its no-cost, 5-year empowerment program. The five-year program provides underserved students with a comprehensive network of support and guidance as they transition from highschool to school , and college to career. Provided at no cost to the scholar the program consists of individual support through phone calls, video conferencing, and emails with AHS staff members and an assigned peer Scholar mentor.
Eligibility
- Applicants must be a highschool junior getting to attend college.
- Applicants must be a U.S. citizen.
- Applicants must demonstrate financial and/or personal needs.
- Applicants must have an honest record of community service.
Benefits
Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
How to Apply
