HEC Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarships are open, Applications are invited from outstanding Pakistani/AJK nationals for the award of scholarships in selected fields for Ph.D. studies in one among the subsequent countries: HEC Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarships
HEC MS Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarship countries
Australia UK Germany
Austria France New Zealand
China Turkey Any other Country / University subsequently Identified by HEC
MINIMUM ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. a) Pakistani/AJK nationals
2. b) Candidates must have a minimum of Eighteen years of education (i.e. MS / ME/ MPhil)
3. c) Maximum two-second divisions throughout the tutorial career
4. d) Maximum age on Thursday, February 18, 2021:
5. 40 years for full-time regular faculty members of public sector Universities/Colleges and employees of the
public sector R & D organizations
6. 35 years for all others HEC Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarships
7. e) The candidates will need to obtain 50 or above marks within the HEC aptitude/scholarship test.
8. f) The candidates who are already availing of the other scholarship aren’t eligible to use
9. g) The candidate must have acquired the requisite qualification on or before Thursday, February 18, 2021
Application Procedure:
The following documents are required to be submitted alongside the printed copy of the online application form: HEC Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarships
1. Attested photocopies of all educational testimonials. Equivalence of the foreign qualification/s from IBCC
/ HEC is going to be given the appliance form. HEC Mphil resulting in Ph.D. Scholarships
2. Attested photocopy of domicile and CNIC
3. Statement of Purpose (One Page)
4. CV/Resume
5. Research Proposal supported indigenous issues.
6. NOC from the employer for in-service candidates (only for state employees).
7. Original online Deposit slip of Rs. 200/- (non-refundable) in favor of the Director-General Finance, Higher
Education Commission, H-9, Islamabad on account number 0112-00500119-01, HBL Aabpara Branch
Islamabad as processing fee (Bank Draft isn’t acceptable)
