Leakey Foundation Fellowships in paleoanthropology and primatology
The Leakey Foundation is inviting applications for Franklin Mosher Baldwin Memorial Fellowships for the year 2021. These fellowships are intended for scholars and students of a developing country who wish to get a complicated degree from an establishment outside the student’s home country.
Eligibility
- The following criteria must be met so as for applicants to be eligible for scholarship:
- Only scholars with citizenship during a developing country are eligible.
- The applicant must have a Home Sponsor who may be a member of the institution where the applicant is affiliated within the home country, also as a number Sponsor who may be a member of the institution which the candidate plans to pursue training.
- Should a gift be made, the Host Sponsor must be willing to assume responsibility for overseeing the candidate’s training. Since the Baldwin Fellowship is meant to be a partnership between the candidate and both the house and Host Institutions, it’s expected that candidates are going to be offered support by these institutions within the sort of financial assistance and, upon completion of coaching , employment within the home country.
Benefits
The maximum award is restricted to $15,000 per annum .
Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
