The CSC also offers a little number of Scholarships for PhD study for candidates from High-Income countries which are funded by the Department for Education (DfE).
UK universities
The Commission is grateful to the subsequent universities which have signed an MOU with the Commission under which they comply with a neighborhood funding arrangement whereby the university contributes 20% of the overseas tuition fee. This valuable contribution allows the Commission to extend the number of awards available to citizens of least developed and middle-income countries. Scholars undertaking Commonwealth Master’s Scholarships, PhD Scholarships for least developed countries and fragile states, and Split-Site Scholarships are only placed at universities that have signed an MOU with the Commission.
