MTJ Scholarships for International Students in Switzerland

The Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights in Switzerland is offering MTJ scholarships for overseas students for the academic year 2021-2022. Students will receive a subsidy towards the cost of their applied course of study. Ranked 27th in the QS World University Rankings by Subject, the Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights is a joint graduate center. The Geneva School has distinguished professors, teaching assistants, and staff.

Established in 2007 by the University of Geneva Law School and the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, the Geneva School has gained a global reputation for excellence in teaching and research and attracts outstanding students to its master’s and training programs. Our graduates are employed worldwide, promoting and protecting international humanitarian law (IHL) and human rights in governments, NGOs, international organizations, and academic institutions. Thus, the Geneva Academy contributes to the dissemination of legal knowledge in these key sectors.

Eligibility Criteria for MTJ scholarships

  • International applicants from Western countries are eligible to apply.
  • All undergraduate and master’s programs and subjects taught at the College are eligible to apply.
