The goal of the National University of Singapore is to draw in and educate talented international students in science and engineering who have the potential to make and manage technology companies through the Ph.D. Singapore Scholarship.
Eligibility
- Graduates with a minimum of 2nd Upper Honours, or equivalent qualifications.
- GRE is compulsory for all apart from applicants from NUS or NTU. Note that GATE isn’t acceptable.
- TOEFL is compulsory (ONLY applicable for applicants whose native tongue or medium of undergraduate instruction isn’t in English).
- Student must plan to Ph.D. from the outset, cannot exit with MSc.
