Eligibility

The following criteria must be met so as for applicants to be eligible for Student Project Grants within the UK:

• Once you’ve got been shortlisted for the award, you’ll be required to attend an interview to speak about your proposal before the ultimate deliberation.
• Please note that the funds will normally be paid into your account once your project has been completed and once your receipts are submitted to Santander-at-Brookes.ac.uk remember that funds can take 3/4 weeks to be transferred into your account; transfer time can increase counting on the time of year.
• Only students who aren’t also staff members are eligible for the grant.
• Students are liable for arranging their own visits and projects.
• Funds can’t be claimed retrospectively for projects/activities that have already taken place by the time of application.
• The project/activity must happen within the school year that the funding is awarded.
• While previous winners aren’t excluded from applying again, priority could also be given to applicants who haven’t previously benefited from a gift .
• Eligible costs include travel and accommodation.
• Successful applicants also will be required to fill out a summary report on the result of their award.
