Those are selected will receive benefits of £4500 per person. The University of Glasgow is pleased to award 2 Sir Fitzroy Maclean Postgraduate scholarships. Sir Fitzroy Maclean was a Scottish soldier, author and politician. Awarded an academic degree of DLitt from the University in 1969, Sir Fitzroy Maclean had an extended relationship with the University before he died in 1996. In 1997 a scholarship with reference to Sir Fitzroy’s interests and passions, and lecture series were created in his memory.
Eligibility
The main requirement of this scholarship is that the candidates should hold a suggestion to review at the chosen postgraduate course. Please note, the award is for one year and must be utilized in the year of the award; it can’t be deferred or transferred.
