Sub-Saharan African Students DRD Scholarships

This scholarship is Targeted at students from Sub-Saharan Africa and limited number of DAAD merit scholarship are offered. Development Research Division (DRD) of the African Excellence Centre at UWC is offering scholarships for Sub-Saharan African students. The scholarships are awarded for pursuing master’s program in Development Studies, Public Administration or Development Management and PhD in International Development Studies and in other subjects available at UWC.  Scholarships are offered to review the subsequent courses: MA and M Econ in Development Studies, Master publicly Administration, MA in Development Management (Bochum Programme), PhD in International Development Studies (PhD IDS) and PhD Options at UWC, South Africa

Eligibility

  • Applicants should have achieved a primary or upper second class for his or her previous course of study.
  • Applicants must provide evidence of proficiency in English, both written and spoken, it can be TOEFL test or an identical standard test or a letter from a tutorial institution.
  • There’s no formal age restriction

Benefits

Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
