PIABA foundation is delighted to announce the distinguished “James E. Beckley Securities Arbitration and Law Writing Competition” to the scholars who attend a school of law within the us . Full-time students who aren’t law students but who write law-related papers as a part of a course at an American school of law are eligible. PIABA may be a foundation and its mission is to market investor education by providing the general public with information about abuses within the financial services industry and therefore the securities dispute resolution process.

- Students who attend a school of law within the US.
- Full-time students who aren’t law students but who write law-related papers as a part of a course at an American school of law also are eligible.
