The scholarship is meant for college kids who are pursuing a PhD degree within the field of Plant Breeding at WACCI, University of Ghana. The provision for supervision covers airfare, local travel, and subsistence for supervisory visits to students completing research in their home countries also as allowances for both the University of Ghana and in-country supervisors.

Eligibility

• Applicants who haven’t been instructed in English at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels must have a test score of a minimum of 550 (paper test) or 213 (computer test) on
• Applicants must have an MPhil or MSc.
• Applicants who haven’t been instructed in English at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels must have a test score of a minimum of 550 (paper test) or 213 (computer test) on the Test of English as a far off Language (TOEFL).
