The International Center (IC) at Kiel University promotes and supports the University’s relationships with other institutions internationally. Located within the capital of the state, it’s the most important and oldest within its borders and is one among the highest employers within the region. it’s often mentioned because the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. Starting out with four faculties, the university has since expanded to deal with eight. These are the school of Law; Mathematics and Natural Sciences; Agricultural and Nutritional Sciences; Arts and Humanities; Theology; Medicine; Business, Economics and Social Sciences; and Engineering.
