The scholarships for Masters program are to support the degree study of international students, researchers and academic staff at the Estonian institutions of upper education (HEI). The study in Estonia is a politician national guide to education within the Republic of Estonia and is maintained by the Archimedes Foundation. Their aim is to market Estonia as a beautiful study destination and promote the chances for studying for international students.
