- This excludes undergraduate nursing, paramedical sciences, operating theatre practice and midwifery, remedial, blended, and distance learning courses.
- Reside in an EU country and require a student visa to study in the UK
- Be a national of an EU country as defined in the current government list.
- Are classified as “overseas” payers under the new fee status provisions of the Withdrawal Agreement
