KU Leuven is delighted to supply full-time scholarship to pursue a PhD scientific research under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Tom Toremans (Faculty of Arts, KU Leuven).  The researcher will add close collaboration with both junior and senior researchers at the Centre for Reception Studies and therefore the Research Unit English Literature of the University of Leuven. The Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, also referred to as KU Leuven or the University of Leuven, may be a Dutch-speaking university in Leuven, Flanders, Belgium. KU Leuven may be a research-intensive, international university that performs both basic and applied research. it’s highly interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary focused and committed to international excellence. She actively works on this along side its research partners reception and abroad.

Eligibility

  • A Master’s degree (or equivalent qualification) during a relevant field, like English, Western, or literary study.
  • An outstanding academic record.
  • Excellent writing and speaking skills in English.
  • Additional knowledge of other languages (esp. French and German).

Scholarships are awarded 70%-75%
