The Scottish Alliance scholarships offer international students the chance to pursue a Ph.D. course of study within the field of Geography, ecology , Natural Resources Management, Agriculture, Engineering, Computing, Social Sciences, Law, or Planning. SAGES pools world-leading expertise in geoscience and ecology from across Scotland’s research base, creating a multi-disciplinary alliance at the forefront of earth and environmental research. The PhD will specialize in the way to plan and manage future landscapes, so on equitably deliver multiple benefits to society.
Eligibility
- Applicants must have accepted an undergraduate programme within the Faculty as their firm choice.
- Extracurricular activities can also be taken into accounts like contribution to activities in your school or community, this information are going to be taken from the private statement included on the UCAS form.
- Each scholarship are going to be awarded on the idea of a student demonstrating high performance in their highschool final year examinations (or equivalent) and therefore the academic reference on their UCAS forms.
- An IELTS certificate isn’t required at the time of application. If you’re shortlisted for the scholarship, you’ll be asked to require the IELTS test.
