Brief description:
The Masters (MS)/PhD Scholarship Programme aims to make sure the relevance and responsiveness of Southeast Asia’s agricultural scientists and professionals to global sustainable development issues.

Scholarship value/inclusions:
Covers tuition and other school fees; allowance (roundtrip air ticket from home country to review post and native transportation); thesis/dissertation support; book and supplies allowance; health insurance; and a stipend for food, lodging, and incidental expenses.
Eligibility:
The SEARCA Graduate Scholarship is hospitable nationals of SEAMEO Member Countries (Brunei Darussalam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Lao People’s Democratic Republic, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste, and Vietnam) who are regular employees of educational, research, or government institutions and less than 35 years old at the time of application.
Proposed thesis research should specialize in SEARCA’s overarching theme of inclusive and sustainable agricultural and rural development (ISARD). Moreover, priority research topics must fall within the ISARD strategic thrusts on social inclusion, environmental sustainability, and cross-cutting concerns.
