Use the scholarship to complete your studies. The University of Queensland is hereby awarding the 2020 Wensley Sports Scholarship. Founded in 1909, the University of Queensland (UQ) is a public research university located primarily in the capital city of Queensland, Australia.
Named in honor of the Honorable Dr. Penelope Wensley and established in 2020 under the Creating Change Scholarship Matching Program. The scholarship is maintained by the Honorable Dr. Penelope Wensley Athletic Scholarship Endowment Fund to encourage and support students with financial needs to participate at an elite level in a recognized athletic program.
Eligibility Criteria for Wensley Sporting funding
- Students must demonstrate financial need.
- Be a new or continuing student who is enrolling or intends to enroll in an undergraduate or postgraduate program.
